PICK-UP & RETURNS

Pick-Up:

• Garments can be collected by you or an authorised person on the agreed rental start date.

• Please check our business hours and arrange your pick-up accordingly.

Returns:

• Garments must be returned by the agreed due date.

Late returns will incur a $20 per day fee until the garment is returned.

• After 7 days, the garment will be considered non-returned, and the full replacement cost will be charged.

POSTAL HIRES

Delivery:

• We will dispatch your garment to arrive on or before your rental start date.

Last-minute postal hires are sent at your own risk—no refunds or credits will be issued if the garment does not arrive in time.

Returns:

• Garments must be posted back on the next business day after your event, with a tracking number.

• You’ll need to provide a lodgement receipt from the post office.

Please don’t use street posting boxes—this can result in delays or loss, and a $30 penalty fee applies if this occurs.

GARMENT CARE & DAMAGE POLICY

• Please do not alter, modify, or attach anything to our garments.

Avoid cleaning any stains yourself, as improper cleaning can cause permanent damage.

• You are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the garment while it’s in your care.

• If the garment requires additional cleaning, repair, or replacement, the cost will be invoiced to you.

Significant damage (e.g., beyond repair) will result in a charge of up to 100% of the replacement cost.

LIABILITY & AGREEMENT

By renting from Muse Society, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for the garment from the time of collection/delivery until its return.

• You will be charged for any late returns, damage, or lost items.

• Muse Society is not liable for any external factors preventing garment use (e.g., cancellations, weather, postal delays).

By proceeding with your hire, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

No refunds will be issued once your booking is confirmed.

• If you need to cancel, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Store credits are valid for 12 months and cannot be transferred or applied to fees.

• If the garment has already been dispatched, no credit will be provided.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• The full rental fee must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your garment.

• A security deposit may be required, to be paid before collection or dispatch.
